Arkansas law makes many public records available, but Washington County arrest information is split among several custodians. The Washington County Sheriff's Office creates county jail booking records and runs the detailed detainee roster and three-day intake report. Springdale Police Department publishes municipal Arrest Logs, Fayetteville provides weekly reports and police records, and Farmington uses a city FOIA route. The Arkansas Department of Corrections maintains a separate search for people in state corrections, while Search ARCourts carries public case events and dispositions. We organize those official sources, explain what each one can and cannot show, and outline focused record requests. We do not collect or display galleries of booking photos.
